Alison McCoubrey

Alison McCoubrey is a highly experienced Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon currently serving at Kingsbridge Healthcare Group since August 2021, while also holding the position of Honorary Lecturer at Queen's University Belfast since November 2018. With an extensive background, Alison has been a Consultant General Surgeon with a focus on colorectal surgery at Northern Health and Social Care Trust since October 2017, and previously worked as a Locum Consultant at Western Health and Social Care Trust from August 2013 to October 2017. In addition to clinical roles, Alison has contributed as an ATLS instructor since 2008. Educational qualifications include an FRCS in General and Colorectal Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, a Master’s in Advanced Surgical Practice from Cardiff University, and an MB BCH BAO (Hons) in Medicine from Queen's University Belfast.
