Sinead Sharpe Fcipd

Sinead Sharpe FCIPD serves as the Director of People & Culture at Kingsbridge Healthcare Group since August 2025 and is a Governing Body Member at Belfast Metropolitan College and a Member of the Industrial Court NI, both roles taken on in 2023. Previously, Sinead held the position of Group Human Resources Director Ireland at Staffline Ireland from November 2020 to August 2025 and was HR Director at Robinson Services Group from May 2015 to November 2020, focusing on human resource strategy and organisational development for over 1,900 employees. Sinead's earlier roles include HR, Development and H&S Manager at Norbev Ltd and HR Business Partner at resource Services Group™, along with experience in training and development at Mivan and Armagh & Dungannon HSS Trust, where Sinead coordinated learning and development activities and contributed to significant organisational changes. Sinead holds an LL.B. (Hons) in Law with Politics from Queen's University Belfast and a Master of Science with Commendation in Communication, Training and Development, along with various leadership and training certifications.
