Bryce Watson has over 10 years of work experience in the energy industry, with expertise in liability management and environmental protection. Bryce currently holds the role of Chief Liability Officer at Skye Asset Retirement Inc. since March 2017. Prior to this, they were also the Chief Liability Officer at 360 Energy Liability Management Ltd. where they played a key role in streamlining liability management and facilitating business growth. Bryce has extensive experience as an ARO Coordinator at Ember Resources Inc. from 2015 to 2022, overseeing the coordination of activities related to asset retirement obligations. Before that, they were an Environmental/Abandonment Coordinator at EOG Resources, leading a 1000 well abandonment program. Bryce also served as Sr. Environmental Coordinator at TAQA from 2011 to 2014 and Sr. Environmental Protection Officer at the BC Ministry of Environment from 2008 to 2011. Bryce Watson attended the University of Victoria from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences. Prior to that, they studied at Vancouver Island University from 1993 to 1995, without completing a specific degree, focusing on Forest Management/Forest Resources Management.
