Dimitris Salonikis

Dimitris Salonikis is an experienced professional in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as an instructor at ΙΕΚ ΔΕΛΤΑ 360 since October 2022. Prior to this role, Salonikis owned Pasta Patata from January 2020 to November 2022 and held leadership positions at Louis Hotels, including General Manager at SENTIDO LOUIS PLAGOS and Administration Manager from May 2017 to December 2019. Salonikis also served as General Manager at Mykonos Theoxenia (Louis Hotels) from January 2013 to May 2017, overseeing pre-opening tasks and departmental operations.
