Kallie Goodwin

Kallie Goodwin has held various positions in the past decade. In 2007, they were the Manager of Hurricane Grill & Wings. In 2014, they were the Client Success Manager at Synergy Online Soulutions, where they worked closely with the development team to build and enhance front end web design and back end CRM to fulfill client's needs. Kallie was also responsible for performing QA testing on all systems before final delivery. In 2015, they were the Technical Support Representative at Community Income Tax LLC, where they installed cloud-based tax software for clients via remote support login and developed training material and procedures used to train users in proper software use. In 2016, they were the Office Manager at Stanley Bishop, PA, where they oversaw day-to-day operations including office communications, accounting/payroll, scheduling, website design and updates, social media marketing, and relationship building, as well as managed commercial leases including rent collection, property monitoring, and tenant occupancy. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Project Manager/Quick Base Developer at Finch Investment Group, where they developed and continuously updated project documents and communicated risks, changes, and timelines to stakeholders using project documents and reports. Kallie also assisted in planning resources and time allocation for multiple simultaneous projects. Currently, they are the Technical Project Manager at 360 Payments - Credit Card Payments.

Kallie Goodwin has a Bachelor of Science in Network and System Administration from the University of West Florida, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Kallie also holds an Associate's degree from St. Johns River State College, which they obtained between 2011 and 2021. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Quick Base (2019 Certification - Quick Base App Builder in June 2019), the University of West Florida (Database Administration in December 2017), and the Project Management Institute (Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) in January 2020).
