Colt Rosenberg

Colt Rosenberg has a long history of working in the customer service and technical support industries. Colt began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Store Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors. In 2013, they moved to Lowe's Companies, Inc. in the same role. In 2014, they were promoted to Virtual Chief Information Officer at EDTS, LLC. In 2017, they took on the role of Branch Manager at EDTS, LLC and began working as a Client Support Specialist at ADP. In 2019, Colt was promoted to Technical Account Manager and Customer Services Group Manager at Novatech, Inc. Colt then moved to Proxios in 2022, where they are currently employed as a Client Success Executive. Finally, in 2022, Colt began working as a Relationship Manager at 360 Smart Networks.

Colt Rosenberg has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Information System Security from Houston West Careers. Colt also holds certifications from Cisco and Microsoft, including Introduction to Cisco Sales (obtained in December 2022) and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (obtained in October 2022).
