Serena Barder

Serena Barder has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Serena is currently working at 360care as the Regional Director of Business Development and Operations since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TridentCare as the Regional Director of Business Development and Operations from June 2019 to March 2022, and as the Regional Director of Operations from July 2015 to March 2022. Before joining TridentCare, Serena was the Practice Manager at Plymouth Meeting Family Medicine from December 2011 to June 2015. Serena also served as the Community & Marketing Liaison at Helping Hands Senior Care, LLC / Accucare Home Nursing from October 2010 to October 2012. Serena has been actively involved in the business networking community, being a member at Indian Valley Business Networking Group from December 2010 to December 2011, and a founding member at Women's Referral Network from 2010 to 2011. Serena also worked as a Therapeutic Foster Care Homestudy Worker at Childrens Choice from September 2008 to 2009. Serena started their career at Sarasota Family YMCA as a Licensing Specialist / Behavior Specialist, where they recruited, trained, conducted home assessments, and provided behavioral support to families. Serena worked there from July 2004 to July 2008.

Serena Barder obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa between 1998 and 2002. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Health Administration at Saint Joseph's University from 2010 to 2012.
