Sherjil Siddiqui

Sherjil Siddiqui is the Director of HR and Pakistan Operations at 360factors. Sherjil has over 18 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational development, change management, and talent management. Sherjil has a proven track record in leading and managing HR functions in large organizations.

Sherjil started their career as a Management Trainee (Human Resources) at Pakistan Petroleum Limited. Sherjil then joined Mobilink as an Assistant Manager Human Resources. In 2011, they joined National Foods Ltd. Pakistan as an HR Business Partner. In 2014, they joined Pak Petrochemical Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. as Manager Human Resources. In 2021, they joined Ability (Pakistan) as a Consultant.

Sherjil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Karachi and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi.

Sherjil Siddiqui holds a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Karachi. Sherjil also has a Bachelor of Public Administration from the University of Karachi.
