Tom Devlin

For nearly six years, Tom has worked as an Executive Search Consultant, partnering with FTSE100, privately owned and VC-backed businesses globally. He has worked across a wide range of sectors including tech start-ups/scale-ups, retail & consumer, hospitality and non-profits. In these areas he has appointed NEDs, C-suite and Senior Executives within the full range of functional specialisms.

Tom is no stranger to working in international markets having lead searches in Europe, Asia, and the US – where he lived for a time, in New York, to build out an international office.

Outside of work, Tom is a history buff, lover of film and an amateur artist.
