Cynthia Rabbath

Cynthia Rabbath has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Cynthia began their career in 2010 as a Recruitment Officer at Purple Martin S.A.L. In 2014, they moved to M1 Group as a Job Analysis & Recruitment Specialist. In 2016, they joined Laureate International Universities as a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are a Senior Human Resources Manager at VUZ.

Cynthia Rabbath obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) between 2006 and 2010. Cynthia then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Organizational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool between 2017 and 2019.
