Maura Arnold

Maura Arnold has work experience in various roles and companies. From 2019 to the present, they have been serving as the Director of Operations at 365 Health Services, LLC. In this role, they oversee the operations department and ensures compliance with state regulations in Home and Community Based Services. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they were the Executive Director of IDD Services at the same company, where they managed daily operations and pursued new business opportunities. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Manager of Branch Operations, where they maintained office compliance and client relations. Before joining 365 Health Services, LLC, Maura served as the Head Waitress at Ardmore Station Cafe from 2013 to 2019.

Maura Arnold attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Interpersonal Communication. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Haverford Senior High School in 2015. Additionally, Maura holds certifications in ODP Incident Management and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research. The ODP Incident Management certification was obtained from the DHS - Office of Developmental Programs in November 2021, and the Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research certification was obtained from The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) in 2018.
