Ryan Elsass

Ryan Elsass has extensive work experience in various finance and investment roles. Ryan is currently serving as the Managing Director and Commercial Leader at 36th Street Capital Partners LLC. Previously, they held positions such as Board Member at CleanTurn and Antrim Bay & Co. Ryan also worked as the Managing Director at Encina Capital Partners, LLC, where they provided financing solutions to a wide range of companies. Ryan has also held roles as Vice President at Monroe Credit Advisors LLC and CapX Partners. Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at Pritzker Group, Goldman Sachs, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, gaining experience in portfolio management, investment management, strategy consulting, and financial management. Ryan began their professional journey in the Financial Management Program at General Electric.

Ryan Elsass pursued an MBA in Economics and Finance from 2009 to 2012 at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
