Glenn Pajarito

Glenn Pajarito has an extensive work experience in various creative and marketing roles. Glenn currently serves as the Head of Marketing at 37signals since November 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Casper as the VP, Brand & Creative from October 2021 to November 2022, and as the VP, Creative from August 2021 to October 2021.

Glenn also worked at Citi as the Global Head of Branding from September 2020 to August 2021, where they managed a global team and was responsible for brand strategy and implementation across multiple lines of business.

Glenn co-founded roughdraft.nyc in 2015 and worked as a Partner and Executive Creative Director until September 2020. In this role, Glenn managed significant annual business and successfully delivered integrated marketing campaigns for clients such as NBC Sports, Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, and many more.

Prior to this, Glenn held positions at Wasserman as the VP, Executive Creative Director from October 2014 to April 2018, and at BCW Global as the Vice President, Global Creative Director from February 2014 to November 2014. Glenn also worked at Jack Morton Worldwide as an Associate Creative Director from November 2012 to May 2014, and at Saatchi & Saatchi X as a Senior Art Director from December 2011 to November 2012.

Glenn started their career as an Art Director at VITRO from October 2010 to December 2011 and at One Industries from September 2009 to October 2010. Throughout their career, they have worked with renowned brands such as Budweiser, American Airlines, Google, Smirnoff, and more.

Glenn Pajarito completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from San Diego State University between the years 2000 and 2004. In 2018, they also participated in a program called altMBA, although the details of the degree or field of study are not provided.
