Paul Gabriel started their work experience as a freelance web developer in 2015 and continued in that role until 2018. In 2016, they also worked as a back-end development intern at FoodMeUp. From 2017 to 2020, Paul worked as a DevOps Engineer at Mention, where they focused on rebuilding and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, maintaining a large production infrastructure, and creating Mention's first bare-metal Kubernetes cluster. Paul gained experience with various technologies including Kubernetes, ELK, Statsd, Grafana, Ansible, Puppet, and Jenkins. In 2020, Paul joined Lydia as a DevOps/SRE, participating in the creation of a new platform on GCP that utilized Kubernetes for faster and scalable service deployment. Paul also developed tools to support developers in application creation, configuration, release, and monitoring. After Lydia, Paul worked as a Freelance DevOps/SRE in 2021. In 2022, they joined Publicis Sapient as a Chaos Engineer, where they contributed to the creation and scaling of a white-mark online marketplace across multiple companies. Their role involved designing and running experiments to assess platform reliability and making software more scalable. Later in 2022, Paul joined 37signals as a Site Reliability Engineer.

Paul Gabriel completed their education from 2014 to 2018 at HETIC, where they obtained a DIPLÔME DE NIVEAU I in Expert en ingénierie de la communication numérique. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended IUT Nancy Charlemagne and earned a DUT in Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations.
