Manuela Mauch currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Display Europe at 3A Composites Display Europe, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Manuela Mauch held the position of Director of Human Resources Europe at 3A Composites GmbH from December 2009 to March 2025, and was previously the Head of HR. Earlier in the career, Manuela Mauch worked at Alcan as an HR Manager for Automotive & Composites from January 2001 to November 2009, and had a long tenure at Alusuisse from July 1991 to December 2000 in various roles including Head of Professional Training/People Development, HR Specialist, and People Development Manager.
