Mychal Gillespie

Mychal Gillespie has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in multiple companies. Mychal most recently worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at 3A Composites, where they provided executive-level HR consultation and oversaw a team of HR Business Partners. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Berry Global, Inc., where they provided strategic HR leadership to various global functions. Before that, Gillespie was the Regional Human Resources Director at David's Bridal, where they supported multiple stores across the Eastern United States, United Kingdom, and Puerto Rico. Mychal also worked at TIAA as the Director of Talent Management, at Aramark as a Senior Human Resources Manager, at Lowe's Companies as a Sr. Consultant in Talent Management, and at Target in various HR roles. Overall, Gillespie has a wealth of experience in talent management, employee relations, compliance, and leadership development.

Mychal Gillespie earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from James Madison University. Currently, Mychal is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Mychal also holds various certifications, including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Foundations of Legal Research, Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and PHR (Professional in Human Resources).
