Sushil Jha

Sushil Jha has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Sushil began their career in 1987 as Sales Manager at ICL Fujitsu. Sushil then moved on to Sales Director roles at R Systems, Inc. in 1994, Computer Science & Technology, Inc. in 1996, Satyam in 2001, and Xoriant in 2003. In 2003, they also became VP Sales at Catalytic Software, a product development outsourcing firm. From 2006 to 2014, they were Cofounder and CEO of OuterJoin, a Social Marketing company. In 2008, they cofounded LeadFormix, an integrated Demand Generation and Marketing Automation Platform, and served as Chief Revenue Officer. Most recently, in 2020, they became Co-Founder and CEO of 3Analytics, an AI based Drug & Device Safety Analytics start up.

Sushil Jha completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and R E C Tiruchiraplalli between 1980 and 1985. Sushil then went on to pursue their MMS in Marketing Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 1985 and 1987.
