Prior to her current role, she held positions in scientific affairs and post-market strategy at Cook Research Incorporated. With experience as a regulatory and clinical affairs manager, regulatory scientist, and research analyst, Amelia's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Microbiology, Immunology and Cancer Biology from the University of Virginia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington.
