Erik Iverson

Erik Iverson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth, strategy, and emergency management. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer for the Americas at Cognizant, Erik has previously held prominent roles including VP of Strategy for Digital Business and Technology, as well as Head of Strategy for AI and Analytics. Erik's government experience includes impactful positions as a White House Fellow at the U.S. Department of State and Deputy Director for Planning in the Office of Emergency Management for the City of Philadelphia. Additionally, Erik contributed as a Special Advisor to the Executive Director of the DHS/FEMA Task Force and worked as a Senior Analyst at Detica. Academically, Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a PhD in International Relations and National Security Studies from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
