Andrew Chan

Andrew Chan is a Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently managing the training and education function for a notable Australian organization, Andrew supports a network of 1,300 trainers and assessors while also overseeing various digital initiatives. Previously, Andrew held roles such as Learning Project Manager at Surf Life Saving NSW and Senior Training Coordinator at YMCA NSW, showcasing a diverse background in Learning and Development, Work Health and Safety, and Vocational Education and Training. Andrew has pursued education that includes a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design from the University of Technology Sydney and a Certificate in Executive Management and Development from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, among other qualifications.
