Todd Troutman has a long and varied work experience. Todd began their career in 1995 as a Help Desk Supv/Ops Mgr. at Sarcom. In 1998, they joined Jostens Inc. as a Technical Operations Manager, then moved to Jostens Photography as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sales and support of a mobile Palm based application, a production center, and the Digital School Day implementation plan. In 1999, they assumed the role of Photography Technical Operations Mgr. at Jostens. In 2006, they opened their own business, JMT Photography/Consulting, where they were a Technical Consultant-Owner. Todd was responsible for setting up and configuring production and field hardware/software, managing the pre and post-production process, and managing the internal network. In 2011, they became the IT Director of Support at Community Choice Financial, Inc. where they managed a team of support reps, project management, and rollout teams. In 2017, they joined MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets as the IT Director - Helpdesk. Finally, in 2022, they joined 3C Technology Solutions as a Project Manager.

Todd Troutman attended Columbus East High School from 1980 to 1983. Todd then attended Columbus State Community College from 1983 to 1984. Todd also attended Columbus State Comm. College and earned a CSCC in Computer Science and Computer Science.
