Alice Rolfes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Employee Benefits Director at 3CDC since September 2006, Alice has held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and HR & Office Manager, where responsibilities included HRIS management, benefits administration, payroll, compliance with regulations such as ACA, EEOC, and Department of Labor, as well as vendor relationship management. Prior to 3CDC, Alice served as a 4th Grade Teacher at both St. Francis Seraph School and St. Mark's School between 2001 and 2006. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
