Sara Portman

Sara Portman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sponsorships, community initiatives, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Sponsorships & Community Initiatives at 3CDC since February 2020, Sara has previously held roles including Senior Manager of Sponsorship & Advertising and Sponsorship Sales Manager with the organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Services Program Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, an Admissions Coordinator at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a Human Resources-Recruitment Coordinator at The University of Virginia School of Medicine. Additionally, Sara worked as an Office Administrator and Event Coordinator for The Neighborhood Dining Group, where responsibilities included managing accounts payable and receivable, human resources, event sales, and securing contracts. Sara holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art History, Criticism and Conservation and Fine and Studio Arts from Coastal Carolina University.
