Kathleen Day, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Director and Corporate Controller at 3Cloud, Kathleen leads the due diligence process for accounting, insurance, and tax related to private equity investments. Additionally, Kathleen is an Adjunct MBA Professor at Elmhurst College, teaching data analysis for managerial decisions. Previous roles include Sr. Accounting & HRIS Specialist at Versiti Inc., where Kathleen oversaw payroll and HRIS system implementations, and Assistant Controller at Camelot Paper, managing budgeting and financial statement preparation. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from Elmhurst University.
