Luke Rey Santillan

Luke Rey Santillan is an experienced Scrum Master currently serving at 3Cloud since May 2024 and simultaneously working as a Financial Adviser at Manulife Philippines since September 2020, focusing on helping individuals achieve financial independence. Prior to these roles, Luke Rey Santillan held multiple positions at Accenture from May 2016 to May 2024, including Scrum Master Associate Manager, Senior Analyst, and Project Control Services roles, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in application development and automation projects, as well as providing coaching in Agile methodologies. Luke Rey Santillan began the professional journey with an internship at East Asia Utilities Corporation in 2015 and office consultancy at EMRY's Employment Agency in 2011. Academically, Luke Rey Santillan earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Carlos, completing studies in 2016, following secondary education at Sacred Heart School - Ateneo de Cebu.
