Brad Riley

Brad Riley has had a long and diverse work experience. Brad currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer & General Counsel at LinkOne Ingredient Solutions, a role they started in June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at 3D Corporate Solutions, LLC, a position they held since January 2015.

Before joining 3D Corporate Solutions, LLC, Brad Riley worked at Archer Daniels Midland, starting in 1997. During their time there, they held various roles, including General Counsel - Oilseeds and Corn; Associate General Counsel, Trade Director, Vice President & Assistant Compliance Officer, Senior Trader, and Senior Attorney. In these roles, they had responsibilities ranging from leading global trade activities and managing commodity risk positions to serving as primary legal counsel for acquisitions, divestitures, and contract drafting.

Prior to joining Archer Daniels Midland, Brad Riley worked as an Associate at both Kehart, Shafter & Weber and Hopkins & Sutter, and before that at Tietz & Richardson, also as an Associate.

Brad Riley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Brad then attended the University of Illinois College of Law from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law. In 2010 to 2012, they obtained an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, in 2011, they attended the CEO-Led Executive Development Program at Harvard Business School.
