Prior to this role, Hugh worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Claddagh Resources from October 2014 to June 2016, focusing on executive-level placements for top companies as part of a global executive search firm. Hugh's career began at Allied Irish Bank in the Treasury Finance Department from August 2012 to August 2013, gaining valuable insights into treasury operations and foreign exchange dealings. Hugh holds a BSC Honours Finance Degree from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 2014, and studied at Lumen Christi College Derry.
