Kimberly Bright, SPHR, has an extensive work experience starting from 1989. Kimberly has held various positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise in human resources. From 1989 to 1996, they worked at Macy's as an HR professional. Then, they joined L3 Communications in 1996 as a Human Resource Assistant III. In 1998, they moved to DST Output as an HR Representative and later became an HR Manager from 1999 to 2006. Kimberly then joined Pacific Coast Companies Inc in 2006, where they initially served as an HR Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources in 2009. In 2012, they assumed the role of Director of Human Resources at PABCO Building Products, LLC., reporting directly to the President. Throughout their work experience, Kimberly has been responsible for various HR functions, including staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, policy development, and strategic planning. Kimberly has demonstrated their ability to lead teams and align HR practices with overall company objectives.
Kimberly Bright, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis in the years 1983 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended Petaluma High School from 1981 to 1985 without obtaining any degree. In terms of additional certifications, Kimberly Bright obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in August 2018. Kimberly also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in June 2015. Furthermore, they obtained the DDI Certified Facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International in June 2010, as well as the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in the same year.
