Maria Ulanova

Maria Ulanova has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Maria is currently the Director of Operations at 3D Predict, where they have set up and managed operations in a fast-growing startup. Their responsibilities include developing business relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring timely product delivery, managing day-to-day operations, analyzing workflow, implementing changes, and overseeing budgets. Maria also has prior experience as a Senior Operations Manager at Dainty Home, where they supervised multiple factories and ensured product delivery on time and under budget. Additionally, they worked as a Corporate Account Manager at Dainty Home, where they analyzed market trends, developed portfolios of services and products, and built long-term client relationships.

Maria Ulanova obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU) between 2002 and 2007. Later on, they pursued further education and completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Management/Accounting from ASA College from 2014 to 2016.
