Kelvin Pruitt

Kelvin Pruitt is a seasoned education leader currently serving as the Senior Director of School Leadership at 3DE Schools since July 2020, where responsibilities include re-engineering high school education to better prepare students for future challenges. Pruitt also holds the position of President at The New Standard Group, a global network focused on closing the opportunity gap for underserved youth. As the Creator of MentaLIFE, LLC, Pruitt promotes mental wellness through various empowerment services. Previously, as Program Director at the University of South Florida, Pruitt managed statewide initiatives and delivered mental health training. Earlier experience includes serving as Dean of Students at the St. Johns County School Board, where Pruitt implemented discipline and intervention policy improvements. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal and Plant Science from Tennessee State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Argosy University Sarasota.
