Shayna Gaspard

Shayna Gaspard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shayna started their career as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2002 to 2006. Shayna then worked as a Brand Management Intern at The Coca-Cola Company in 2007. Following that, they founded their own consulting company called Brand YOU Consulting, where they served as the Principal Owner from 2008 to 2011. Shayna then joined LEAD Atlanta - Division of Leadership Atlanta as part of the Class of 2012 program in 2011. Shayna also worked as a Principal at The North Highland Company from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they became the Principal Owner of The SEG Group - Nonprofit Consulting. Finally, in 2018, Shayna joined 3DE Schools as the SVP of Strategy & Operations.

Shayna Gaspard holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing & Management from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. Shayna also has a BAS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Marketing & Operations Management from The Wharton School. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in 2023.
