Annie Drew

Annie joined WEX in 2014, bringing to the company nearly 15 years of experience in business risk strategy and management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. As chief risk & compliance officer (CRCO), Annie is responsible for managing all of WEX’s enterprise risk management efforts, which include global oversight of WEX’s regulated financial service entities, corporate compliance, credit risk management, insurance, third-party risk management and organizational resilience. She previously served as senior vice president, and chief ethics and compliance officer, overseeing WEX’s global programs covering ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management and organizational resilience, and the provision of legal support involving Bank governance and regulatory matters, privacy, litigation, human resources, and procurement.
