Rados Jovanovic is an experienced software engineer and developer with a diverse background in various industries. Rados started their career at Chocolate Liberation Front, where they worked as a contract software developer, creating an interactive website and a web-based table hockey game for the TV series Kids In The Hall. Rados was also responsible for designing and developing AI for the computer-controlled team in the hockey game.

Afterwards, Rados joined Orangepaperclip as a contract software developer and developed an online extension of a documentary for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Rados worked closely with the team to ensure proper asset integration and developed an interactive data visualization front-end and a server-side data processing application.

Rados then worked as a contract software developer at MagiLab, where they developed a blackjack card game called SPLIT Blackjack for BlackBerry phones. Rados was involved in all aspects of game design and development.

Next, Rados joined Thwacke Consulting as a software engineer, technical lead, and applied R&D specialist. Rados was responsible for designing and developing a game engine and an educational game. Rados worked extensively with C++11 and Lua scripting language to create the engine.

Rados later joined Voxel Farm as a senior software engineer and applied R&D specialist. In this role, they conducted voxel engine research and development and also developed a physically-based deferred renderer. Rados'swork involved solving bugs in a multi-threaded environment and developing performance and memory-bound algorithms.

Following their time at Voxel Farm, Rados worked at Valtech Canada as a software engineer. Rados developed software and worked on various projects during their time there.

Rados then joined Lucky Hammers as a senior engine programmer, where they were involved in three VR-focused projects using the Unreal Engine. Rados created robust and efficient components to enable functionality and graphical effects, and worked closely with the creative and art teams throughout development.

Later, Rados joined CM Labs Simulations as a senior 3D developer. Rados contributed to the development of 3D simulations and worked on various projects until 2020.

Most recently, Rados joined 3dverse as a senior rendering programmer, where they continue to utilize their expertise in rendering and programming.

Rados Jovanovic completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from York University, which they pursued until 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Specialized Honours degree with a focus on the Intelligent Systems stream from the same institution, graduating in 2008.
