Emmanuel Namanya

Emmanuel Namanya serves as the Operations Lead for Africa at 3E since September 2019, overseeing various technical, commercial, and operational aspects of projects, while managing a team of multi-disciplinary engineers. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Owner’s Engineering, leading engineering services in renewable energy projects, and Senior Consultant specializing in solar PV and wind, focusing on technical due diligence and stakeholder management. Emmanuel's background also includes positions as an Electrical Engineer at Aurecon and Building Energy South Africa, as well as a Research Assistant at the University of Cape Town. Emmanuel holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
