Erin Laughridge

Erin (Deiotte) Laughridge, MPH, CHES®, has a diverse background in public health research, compliance, and project management. Erin has experience in developing health programming, administering measurement visits, and overseeing data management. Erin has also led quality improvement projects, conducted internal audits, and coordinated with senior management to create innovative programs. Additionally, they have a strong background in grant writing, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy efforts within the public health sector. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated a commitment to improving wellness and patient safety while adhering to regulatory standards and state/federal regulations.

Erin Laughridge holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Health and French Literature from UC San Diego, completed in 2017. Erin then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, graduating in 2019. Erin also obtained certifications such as Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) in 2022 and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in 2021.
