Letty Colella

Letty Colella is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at 3E since September 2009, Letty administers company policies and programs, overseeing various HR functions such as benefits, employee relations, and payroll, while collaborating with the HR team to implement strategic initiatives within the Canadian office. Prior to 3E, Letty held the position of Human Resources Manager at Gexel Telecommunications for one year and worked as a Human Resources Representative at AFFINA for over eight years. Letty holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Marketing from McGill University, which was completed from 1991 to 1994, and studied at Champlain College from 1989 to 1991.
