Michael Osborne began their work experience in 2005 at Tenable Protective Services as a Security Services Supervisor for Stark County District Library. In 2015, they transitioned to 3E, where they started as a Software Support Engineer II. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Software Support Engineer - Team Lead, responsible for various technical support tasks and project management responsibilities.

Michael Osborne completed a Vocational Certificate in Microcomputer Service Technology at Portage Lakes Career Center from 1997 to 1999. Michael later pursued an Associates degree in Applied Science with a focus on Computer Science, Programming, and Databases at Stark State College of Technology from 2006 to 2014.
