Bill Hoffman

Bill Hoffman is the current VP of Technology at 3E, having previously co-founded Toxnot PBC and served as its CTO until its acquisition by 3E in December 2022. Before Toxnot, Bill worked as the Chief Software Architect at Mesa Mundi Inc., co-founded Wazubu LLC, and held various roles at Microsoft, including Principal Development Manager, Development Manager, Development Lead for Hotmail, and Software Design Engineer for MSN Calendar. Bill's career has been focused on software development, architecture, and managing large-scale services for millions of users. Bill holds a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University.
