Prior to 3E, they worked at SAP from 2012 to 2019, starting as a Product Notification / Raw Material Management professional, then becoming a Scrum Master, and finally serving as a Delivery Product Owner for EHS Regulatory Documentation Component Management.
Diana Schramm earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemie mit Materialwissenschaften from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in the Verisk Foundations of Leadership Excellence Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in February 2022.
