Philip Ratcliffe has a diverse work experience. Philip started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Manager at Nando's UK. In 2017, they joined IESA Ltd as a Client Relationship Executive, where they managed a team of stores envoys and ensured that all sites met the highest standards of operational excellence. Philip also supported and maintained a multi million pound portfolio of clients, offering savings and other technical benefits. Additionally, they provided project support for system migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 HANA, and supported the on-boarding of new clients and multiple work streams. Philip also worked as a Stock Controller, managing inventory and producing reports for clients and management. In 2021, they joined 3EN Group Limited as a Project Manager.

Philip Ratcliffe attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they studied Law, Business Studies and English at King George V College from 2004 to 2006, earning A levels.
