Joe Harkins

Joe Harkins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe started their career as a Programmer at New Moon Media, where they developed webpages and online applications for clients. Joe then worked as a Lead Programmer at Odyssey Web, where they managed programming projects. After that, they joined The Write Image Online as a Programmer and later transitioned to the role of an Interactive Strategy Manager at McCann Erickson. Joe worked on interactive strategies and managed technical delivery expectations for clients.

In 2005, Joe founded their own company called BitStorm Technologies, where they served as the Owner for six years. Joe then joined XMission as a Lead Developer and later became a Product Manager in the Web Hosting division. At XMission, they worked on the creation of a cloud hosting service and managed client projects.

Next, Joe joined Clearlink and held various roles, including Lead Developer, Software Engineering Manager, Director of Software Engineering (Marketing Technologies), and Senior Director of Software Engineering. Throughout their time at Clearlink, Joe oversaw multiple engineering teams, managed revenue-generating projects, and provided strategic technology insights.

Currently, Joe is working at 3form as the Vice President of Enterprise Technology.

Joe Harkins attended the University of Utah from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management.
