Ben Stickney

Ben Stickney is a Partner at 3FORTY3, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the Enterprise and Consumer markets since 2019. Previously, Ben served as a Board Team Member for All Raise from 2020 to 2023, focusing on increasing female representation in Venture Capital and startups. From 2017 to 2019, Ben held the position of VP of Operations at JustFoodForDogs, contributing to the advancement of pet food nutrition. Ben's prior experience includes 20 years in the US Navy as an F/A-18 Pilot and a member of SEAL Team 17, where leadership encompassed the safety and management of fighter jet assets. Additional roles include Director of Operations at The Honest Company from 2015 to 2017, and Senior Operations Manager at Amazon from 2012 to 2015, where achievements included significant operational improvements. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Naval Postgraduate School.
