Danielle Berry Heimlicher

Danielle Berry Heimlicher is a partner at 3FORTY3, a premier executive search firm established in March 2022, where the focus is on building exceptional leadership teams for innovative technology companies and leading investors. Prior to this role, Danielle spent over 14 years at Salesforce, holding various senior director and managerial positions, including Senior Director of Enablement for AMER Enterprise and Senior Director of Market Readiness. Danielle also has experience in recruitment and client management from a previous role at Select Personnel Services. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of San Diego, graduating in 2005.
