Andrew Feland

Andrew Feland has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Andrew is currently serving as the Vice President of SaaS Operations at 3G, where they focus on delivering software for managing the movement of goods in the global supply chain. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Connection as a Senior Field Solution Architect and later as a Field Solution Architect. Andrew also held the position of Senior Director of Information Technology at Kaseya and Principal Solution Consultant at Oracle.

Andrew has extensive experience as an Independent IT Consultant, Interim IT Director, and IT VP and CIO. Andrew worked on various projects and provided consultation services during this period. Additionally, Andrew served as the Senior Director of Information Technology & CISO at ikaSystems, where they were responsible for untangling and modernizing the infrastructure. Andrew also worked as the Director of Information Technology & CISO at Emerson College, where they implemented virtualization and optimized the server footprint.

Furthermore, Andrew has worked as a Sr. Technical Account Manager at Thrive Networks, focusing on customer satisfaction and managing client relationships. Andrew also served as a Trustee and volunteer at Higgins Armory Museum.

Earlier in their career, Andrew held the position of Head of IT Infrastructure Operations at Checkerboard. During their tenure, they successfully overhauled the server farm, implemented a VMWare-based virtual environment, and ensured high uptime for corporate partners.

Andrew Feland attended Holt High School from 1989 to 1991 and Cabot High School from 1988 to 1991. Andrew then enrolled at Harvard University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned an AB cum laude in History & Literature. Later, from 2002 to 2008, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
