Morgan Dickman, MHRM, currently serves as a People Operations Specialist at 3G since November 2023. Previously, Morgan held the position of Human Resources Manager/Consultant Services Manager at Central Point Partners, where responsibilities included managing onboarding processes and overseeing compensation and benefits for over 150 employees and consultants. Morgan's experience also covers various HR internships across esteemed organizations, including Quantum Health and Anheuser-Busch, with a focus on improving employee experiences and operational efficiencies. Morgan earned a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Ohio State University.
