Bruno Faustino

Bruno Faustino is an experienced culinary professional with a progressive career in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Sub Chef de Cozinha at 3HB Hotels since March 2023, Bruno has previously held the position of Sous Chef at Quinta do Lago from February 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Junior Sub Chef at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas from April 2018 to April 2022, and Cook at L'and Vineyards from April 2016 to April 2018. Additional experience includes the position of Cook at Conrad Algarve from September 2015 to April 2016, and Cook at Hotel Fortaleza do Guincho Relais & Châteaux from February 2015 to August 2015.
