Currently serving as Chefe cozinha at 3HB Hotels since February 2023, Luis has held various prominent positions including Executive Chef at Quinta do Lago and The Magnolia Hotel, as well as Executive Sous Chef at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. A career rooted in prestigious establishments, Luis's background includes roles at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and The Dorchester, among others. Luis Cristina's formal education in culinary arts was completed at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve, where a degree in cooking and pastry was obtained.
