Biju Nair

Biju Nair has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Biju currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at 3i Infotech Ltd., where they are involved in driving digital transformation through enterprise mobility, IoT, BI & Analytics, data science, advanced analytics, and testing. Prior to this, Biju served as the Vice President Sales at spocto, a company that specializes in AI-enabled debt recovery platforms. Biju also has experience in leadership roles at Conneqt Business Solutions Limited, where they were responsible for new business development, sales, and cross-selling of BPO services. Biju has also completed Dr. Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats Course and has held various managerial positions at VFS Global, Intelenet Global Services, ICICI Bank Ltd, AJC Pvt Ltd, HCL Deluxe Pvt LTD, and DHL Worldwide.

Biju Nair holds an MBA in Marketing from Technology And Management Jobs, which was obtained from 1998 to 2002. Before that, they completed their SSC degree in First Class from St Annes High School, which was from 1981 to 1991. Additionally, Biju Nair has acquired various certifications including RPA starter training from UiPath in 2019, StartUp India Learning Program from Invest India in 2017, and Insight Selling Workshop Participation from RAIN Group in 2017. They have also completed a Digital Marketing Course in 2017 from Udemy and received the Quality Commando Award for Workplace Transformation from ICICI Bank. Biju Nair has also obtained a certification in de Bono Thinking Systems.
