Tony Lissaman

Tony Lissaman is the Partner and Chief Operating Officer at 3i plc since joining the company in 1998 and assuming the COO role in 2010. At 3i, Tony is actively involved in the Group Investment Committee and the Private Equity Leadership Team, focusing on portfolio oversight, valuations, operations, and financial management within the international Private Equity sector. Prior to this role, Tony served as an Assistant Manager at KPMG UK from 1994 to 1998, where responsibilities included providing audit services to clients in various sectors and conducting financial due diligence assignments. Tony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Loughborough University, completed in 1994.
