Deborah Kime has over 20 years of experience in the live events and sports industry. Deborah began their career in 1993 as a Group Sales Manager for Rank Holidays Division Limited - Butlins Holidays. In 1997, they were promoted to Regional Sales Manager - Groups for Rank Holidays Division Limited, where they successfully managed a region of existing group accounts and proactively sourced and developed new business and customer retention for 4 national vacation brands with over 100 locations in the UK. In 2001, they joined Global Spectrum (now Spectra) as a Senior Director of Group Sales and was later promoted to Vice President of Group Sales in 2014. In 2020, Deborah took on a role as a Yoga Teacher at Yoga Shack and in 2021, they became a Movement Facilitator and Coach for LHINS. Currently, Deborah is the President of Kime Advantage Consulting and the Vice President of Ticket Sales for 3ICE.

Deborah Kime has a diverse educational background. Deborah attended the University of Calgary and Western University, both for Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Travel and Tourism Management from Westervelt College. Deborah also holds a variety of certifications from institutions such as Yoga Alliance, My Vinyasa Practice, LLC, Yoga Ed., Extended DISC, and LinkedIn.
